JHS Associates Rebrands as Johnson Hospitality

Danville, CA – The Northern California based hotel owner, developer and management company, JHS Associates, announced today that it has rebranded to Johnson Hospitality effective immediately. Johnson Hospitality commemorated the rebranding by launching their new brand identity and website johnsonhospitality.com.
“Johnson Hospitality tells the story of who we are and what we do,” said Randy Johnson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Hospitality. “Hospitality is our business. We want to provide excellent service not only to our hotel guests but to our employees, partners, hotel owners and lenders.”
Between equity investments and hotel management contracts, Johnson Hospitality currently holds interests in seven hotel properties featuring Courtyard, Residence Inn, SpringHill Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott brands. Mr. Johnson added “This rebranding effort also serves as an announcement to the hospitality community that we are prepared to grow both our ownership and third party managed portfolio.”
